UYAS Showcase at Contact Theatre back in Feb

Hi Everyone, This is a brief lowdown of all the fantastic work that formed the community cohesion project at the Contact Theatre on the 21st of Feb 04.

From dynamic dancing to African drumming the whole of space one at Contact was on fire with young people's passions burning bright.
The whole event took time and effort from a whole host of people especially all the young people who took part. So I would like to say a huge thankyou to all the schools who took part: Burnage and the BMAG project, Levenshulme, Parrswood, the two Primary Schools Ladybarn and Birchfields. The Royal Oak Crew, Oakwood Crew, and The OMYOP group.
Everyone brought with them their own individual style and left a important imprint on the fight against Racism.
Lets keep going producing fantastic passionate work and together we can make a difference.

The audience was also fantastic.

Thanks for all the support and hard work every single individual put into the showcase.
